Hi Guys,
Thought I had better put up this last pic of our group from the top of Scarr. Again, well done to everyone for getting to the top, as it is a tough climb and and one of the more difficult hillwalks in County Wicklow. I am sure you would all agree that the views were well and truly worth the climb. I hope to come across you all again out in the hills, and that the walks that I have brought you on will well and truly get you out hillwalking on a regular basis.
Take care everyone and stay safe,
Joe

City Walkers
Hi all,
Please see our group as we scaled the heights of Loch Bray. It was a Muddy day in the office, but well worth the climb! Wait until this weekend, as the views are even better again.

Here is a picture of you all at the top looking very professional in all of your gear. Click on pics to enlarge the photo.
Well done on the Lough Bray walk, it was in challenging conditions, and you all did exceptionally well. These walks are designed to provide a challenge, and I hope to see you all again this weekend looking for more!
Thanks, Joe

Dublin and Wicklow Hillwalking Group
Dear Dublin Hillwalkers, here are some pictures from the weelend as we scaled the Wicklow Hills (please see http://www.walkaboutwicklow/ for more pics and info on the social hill walking group).
This one is from Fraughan Glen on the approach to Lug. Well done to everyone in the group - it was a tough walk. I know most of you were not impressed with having to take your boots off to cross the stream at the start of Lug, but I also know most of you will be telling the tale for many years to come! Delete shin high stream, and insert neck high torrent!!! And no more two lunch breaks in the future, I must be getting soft.
This one is from Scarr on Sunday. Well done to the foxrock hillwalking group - you guys did exceptionally well and fortunately the weather wasn't too bad for us. Kevin, I am going to miss following your yellow day glo hat around the mountains! Even if you were often heading in the wrong direction. Lisa, please come again and feel free to bring chocolate treats!
